Refund Policy

Thirty days, no questions. If the bundle is not what you needed, you get your money back — and you keep nothing you have to argue about first.
The short version
Email hello@resumetica.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you bought with. We refund the full amount to the original payment method. We do not ask you to justify it, fill in a form, or talk to anyone first.
Digital goods are often sold with no refund at all. We do not do that, for a simple reason: if the templates work, almost nobody asks for their money back, and if they do not work for you, keeping your money is not a business we want to be in.
How long it takes
- UPI and Indian cards (Razorpay): 5–7 working days back to the source.
- International cards (Paddle, Dodo): 3–10 working days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: usually within 24 hours to your PayPal balance.
We start the refund the same working day we receive your email. Everything after that is your bank's timetable, not ours.
What happens to your files
Your download link is deactivated when the refund is issued. Files you already downloaded are yours to delete; we cannot reach into your computer, and we trust you to stop using templates you have been refunded for.
The limits
- One refund per customer. If you buy again after a refund, that purchase is final.
- After 30 days we cannot refund through the payment processor, but write to us anyway — if something is genuinely broken we will sort it out.
- Chargebacks. Please email us first. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve; a refund takes one reply.
Statutory rights
This policy sits on top of your rights under local consumer law, it does not replace them. In the UK and EU you have a statutory right to cancel digital purchases within 14 days, which you waive at the moment you download the files — our 30-day policy is deliberately more generous than that. Indian buyers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
