Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

A one-time licence to a bundle of résumé and cover-letter template files, plus the supporting material listed on the sales page for the tier you purchased. Delivery is a download link sent to the email address you give at checkout.

2. What you may do with the files

• Use them to create your own résumés and cover letters, for unlimited applications, forever.
• Edit, restyle and adapt them however you like.
• Keep using them after any subscription-free period — there is no subscription.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, share or upload the template files themselves.
• Include them in another product, bundle or template marketplace.
• Use them to provide a résumé-writing service to third parties without a commercial licence — write to us, those are available.

The finished résumé you produce is yours. The template file it came from is licensed, not sold.

4. Delivery and download links

Links are valid for 24 hours and up to 5 downloads. If yours expires, email us and we reissue it at no cost. Download the files and keep your own copy.

5. Refunds

30 days, no questions. The full policy is on the refund page.

6. What we do not promise

We do not promise you a job, an interview, or a response from any employer. Applicant tracking systems vary between vendors, versions and configurations, and hiring decisions are made by people for reasons no document controls. What we promise is that these templates are built on published ATS parsing guidance and tested against real systems, and that they are yours to keep.

7. Prices and currency

Prices are set per region by local purchasing power, not by exchange rate, and can change at any time. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes are handled by the payment processor where it acts as merchant of record.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, Paddle, Dodo Payments or PayPal depending on your region. We never see or store your card details. Each processor has its own terms, which apply to the payment itself.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and changes never apply retroactively to a licence you already hold.
